Absolutely delicious! I'd share a picture of my plate but there's nothing left and I didn't think about reviewing until now. I am so satisfied! My friend and I were taking a walk down Atlantic Avenue and decided to stop in and try Freeport's local Thai restaurant. I'm a vegetarian so I ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice with Vegetables. My friend had the Pad See Ew with Beef. Wr sipped Thai tea with coconut milk (instead of evaporated milk) and left the table full and ready for a nap. So happy to have run into this place! We are going to have a beautiful future together! Me, your food and my stomach!

I don't know why this place isn't packed? It's ahhhmazzing! I've tried so many of their plates and none disappoint. From their pad Thai, pad see yu, to their Thai iced teas, it's all great! Cute ambiance and awesome service

Best Thai food in town. Staff is professional and the you can't go wrong with the food. Delivery is always with a smile and dining in is just as pleasant.

Stopped by yet again this past Wednesday for some quick takeout. I was actually driving to the gym around 6pm when I realized I went the whole day without food. I felt a headache coming on so I called up the friendly folks over at Basil Leaf Grill and placed an order of beef pad see ew. They mentioned it would be a mere 10 minutes so I headed straight there. My plan was to eat half pre gym and save the rest for afterwards. Truth be told, it was so good that I ate it all in one sitting (in my car, directly in front of the restaurant). Not my proudest moment but definitely one of my fullest. To summarize, Basil Leaf Grill makes some great pad see ew!

Went on Saturday around 1:30pm. The owners were extremely accommodating because their largest table seats 6, they combined another table to extend it for an extra baby with a high chair (5 adults, 1 child, 1 baby). We ordered 2 appetizers and 6 lunch specials, we got the drunken noodles with beef ($1 added surcharge for beef option) and wife got the pad woon sen lunch special with the jumbo shrimp (I think it was already included). Both were excellent! Very flavorful, good portion sizes. Also the calamari and mini spring rolls are both recommended for appetizers! I didn't use it, but my DW said the bathrooms were very clean as well! Great restaurant, great service, clean restaurant and the kids liked staring at the fish in the tank by the entrance. Hope they didn't mind the kids running around after the meal, and after all other patrons had left. Wish it was closer to home, would easily be a regular spot for me!

Solid Thai food. Great prices too. Had tofu pad Thai, drunken noodles with shrimp, curry puffs, fried chicken, and mango sticky rice. Loved both noodle dishes. Mango sticky rice was disappointing but probably doesn't travel well (since this was a takeout order). Will order again!

I last stopped in when they first opened over pandemic and I wasn't wowed at all. Someone told me to try again and 3 years later- I decided to give them another try. Well- this is now my new Thai go-to. The food was fresh, hot, delicious. That Tim Yum soup was some of the very best I've ever had. The service was efficient and professionally pleasant. Clean and simple decor. The benches in the booths are a bit uncomfortable as someone else mentioned but didn't detract from the experience. There's parking

I have ordered several times for take out and the food never disappoints, this weekend was the first time I dined in and what a great experience. Service was excellent. I went with my daughter for lunch, the portions are huge, fresh and very flavorful. Delicious Thai food. I ordered a cosmopolitan and it was made perfectly. The restaurant is very clean (especially their restroom) and they have a beautiful assortment of plants. If you are in the mood for Thai, I highly recommend this restaurant.

A metric that I use to determine how good a restaurant is, is how good is each dish on the menu. Some restaurants are known for certain dishes while everything else is ok. This is not the case with Basil Leaf Grill. Everything that I have tried is a home run. The service is swift and accommodating when you dine in as well as the pickup service. If you order for pick up, the order will be ready in about 10 minutes. The restaurant is comfortable with mainly high partitioned booths. Lastly, the drunken noodles with beef is the best.

Sorry, keeping this one short: If you want legit Thai food, this is your spot! Anything I've had was delicious! The speciality drinks are amazing too. The staff is super friendly and professional The restaurant is very welcoming and comfy Also there is a small parking lot in the back! So you don't need to look for street parking or park in the public lot down the block. Which makes it a lot easier.
